For all inquiries and issues, please send us an email with you order number to : customercare@thespicemonger.com
If you are less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within a week of receiving your order. We can offer a replacement of the same product or another product in the same quantity. Any opened products cannot be accepted due to safety issues. A partial refund maybe offered for the opened / used products. If the wrong product was shipped or if the product was broken, please email and us and we will try and rectify the situation.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept open products due to food safety issues; however, we may offer a partial refund for these opened and/or used products.
