Our farmers remove the inner bark of the Cinnamomum tree, spreading it into long strips that roll up as they dry. These cinnamon sticks are powdered to make our warm, fragrant powdered cinnamon. Use it in apple pie, cinnamon rolls, or cinnamon sugar doughnuts, sprinkled on your coffee or hot chocolate, or in savory Middle Eastern and Persian dishes.
