Our farmers pick our organic cloves at the height of ripeness, when they’re red and plump. Then they’re sun-dried until they resemble the brown flower buds we’re familiar with. Use cloves in spiced drinks, pair it with cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and nutmeg in your pumpkin pies, and use it to lend flavor to meats, marinades, and roasted fruit. You can also use a mélange of cinnamon, cumin, and cloves to make a delicious Indian biryani.
